MEMBERSHIP

If you become a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and will maintain the accuracy of published information. You represent and warrant that the content you supply will not cause injury to any person or entity. You will indemnify The Business Connection or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. You give permission to The Business Connection to post your free video of your business commercial on your online profile. You agree that you are 14 years of age or older and your use does not violate any laws or regulations. The Business Connection and its associates have the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content. The Business Connection takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Furthermore, The Business reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Term. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use our services or are a Member of The Business Connection. You may terminate your Membership and remove your profile at any time, for any reason, but are obligated for payment for 1 full year of membership dues if you signed up to become a member.

Fees. You acknowledge that The Business Connection reserves the right to charge for our services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. Memberships are non-refundable once purchased online or offline, and if you signed up for the monthly membership you are obligated for one full year of monthly payments even if you cancel your membership. Membership dues are auto-renewed monthly or yearly, dependent on your choice of membership payment. Once signed up, the monthly payment amount will remain the same and will not go up for as long as you are a member. If you cancel your membership and later return, your membership rate will be at the new rates. If The Business Connection terminates your Membership because you have breached this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription fees. The Business Connection reserves the right to stop offering the free video to new members at any time and will notify the pubic if/when this change occurs.

Online Profile Content: The Business Connection does not claim any ownership rights to the text, files, images, videos, photos, music, or other materials posted by you to your online profile. You retain all ownership rights to such content. You also grant to The Business Connection a limited license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce and distribute posted content through newsletters and/or other media. This license will terminate at the time you remove your content. The license does not grant us the right to sell your content. You represent and warrant that the Content posted by you does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on The Business Connection website. You are prohibited from posting any Content that is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; that harasses or advocates harassment of another person; that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website; that promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another persons copyrighted work.

CONTACTING MEMBERS, EMAIL, AND COMMENTS

Visitors or Members may contact Members or submit suggests, ideas, comments, questions, or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, otherwise injurious to third parties, or any party or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam”. You may not use false email addresses, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content.
